Financial Criteria:
Household income must not exceed £80,000.
Applicants must demonstrate that they are unable to afford a comparable home at full market value without assistance.
Savings must not exceed 30% of the discounted home price.
Local Connection Criteria:
Applicants must show a connection to the "Cheadle area," which can be demonstrated by currently living in the area (for at least six months), or having close family or employment ties there
